QV Moments and photos make experiences more useful but must respect copyright, image rights, privacy and human dignity.
1. Ownership
Users must upload their own content or content for which they have a lawful basis and necessary permissions. Uploading does not automatically transfer ownership to UESE.
2. Platform licence
To make content available, users grant UESE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence, technically sublicensable to necessary providers, limited to hosting, reproduction, technical adaptation, moderation, display, distribution and promotion of Italia Quality.
3. Depicted persons
Users should avoid identifiable close-ups of customers, minors or staff where unnecessary. Where consent or another legal basis is required, the user is responsible for obtaining it before publication.
4. Minors
Images of minors require particular caution and should not be published unless strictly relevant and lawful. The platform may remove them as a precaution.
5. Brands and storefronts
Photographing a storefront or product during a visit may be permitted for information/review purposes; users acquire no trademark rights and must not imply non-existent sponsorship or affiliation.
6. Prohibited content
Stolen, deceptively manipulated, pornographic, gratuitously violent, invasive, defamatory content or material containing unrelated documents, licence plates, payment cards or personal data is prohibited.
7. Technical adaptations
UESE may resize, compress, create thumbnails or adapt formats for security, performance and compatibility. These actions do not transfer authorship to UESE.
8. Rights notices
Rights holders may submit a notice identifying the content, asserted right, entitlement evidence and requested action. Notice & Action procedures apply where relevant.
9. Removal and technical persistence
Public removal does not imply instantaneous deletion from backups, caches or technical records where temporary retention is necessary and proportionate.
