2. Intellectual property
Software, application architecture, proprietary databases, interfaces, rating models, QV Score, QV Stars, reputation systems, documentation, proprietary editorial content and related assets are exclusively owned by UESE ITALIA S.p.A., except for expressly identified third-party rights.
3. Nature of Italia Quality
Italia Quality is a community and reputation platform. It is not an accredited certification body, does not exercise public or inspection powers, and does not replace authority controls, certifications, authorisations, health inspections or legally required conformity assessments.
4. Recognitions and badges
QV Stars, QV Score, rankings, badges, “Recommended”, “Excellent”, “Outstanding” and other recognitions are proprietary reputational indicators based on platform rules. They are not accredited certifications, public quality marks or legal guarantees of business compliance.
5. Separation from UESE certifications
Any certifications held by UESE ITALIA S.p.A. concern UESE itself and are separate from ratings assigned to businesses on Italia Quality. Official certificates and their formal registers govern scope, status and validity.
