The Italia Quality community should produce useful information, not conflict. Freedom of criticism and respect for people must coexist.
1. Principles
Authenticity, independence, proportionality, respect, conflict transparency and personal responsibility are the core principles.
2. Lawful criticism
Strong negative opinions are permitted when relevant to facts or perceptions, expressed civilly and without presenting unproven unlawful conduct as established fact.
3. Prohibited content
- Threats, harassment, stalking or intimidation.
- Hate speech, discrimination or dehumanisation.
- Doxxing, private contact details or unnecessary personal data.
- Blackmail or demands for money/benefits linked to changing or removing reviews.
- Impersonation, coordinated manipulation, spam and deceptive content.
4. Conflicts and relationships
Users and Scouts must disclose or avoid situations where professional, economic or personal ties may materially compromise contribution independence.
5. Business staff
Criticism of service must not become personal campaigns against employees or contractors. Names and images should be published only when necessary, lawful and proportionate.
6. Security
Content must not provide instructions that concretely endanger people, credentials, systems, infrastructure or data. Technical vulnerabilities should be responsibly reported to the operator.
7. Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, reduced visibility, removal or suspension under the Moderation Policy.
8. Good faith
Reports and complaints must be submitted in good faith. Serial abuse of reporting tools may be restricted without preventing the exercise of statutory rights.
