Italia Quality is a proprietary digital asset of UESE ITALIA S.p.A.; use of the platform does not transfer rights in software, methods or distinctive signs.
1. UESE assets
Subject to third-party rights, UESE reserves rights in source/object code, architecture, data structure, interfaces, proprietary text, documentation, QV Score, QV Stars, naming, badges, graphics, reputation systems, anti-abuse rules and know-how.
2. Databases
Database selection, organisation and structure may be protected by copyright and database rights. Unauthorised systematic extraction or re-use is prohibited.
3. Trademarks and signs
Italia Quality, graphics, logos and QV names may be used only as authorised. Creating confusion about affiliation, partnership, certification or endorsement is prohibited.
4. User content
UGC remains owned by the user or original rights holder, who grants the licence necessary to operate the service under the Terms and UGC Policy.
5. Public business data
Facts and public data may not be exclusive; their specific collection, normalisation, presentation and proprietary enrichment do not authorise mass copying of the database.
6. Open data and third parties
Maps, libraries, APIs, geographic sources and other components may have their own licences and attribution rules, which remain applicable to those assets.
7. Badge use
Businesses may reproduce badges only under the Recognition Policy, without deceptive alteration and while valid.
8. Reverse engineering and scraping
Subject to mandatory statutory rights, bypassing technical measures, abusive mass scraping, systematic copying and reverse engineering intended to replicate substantial service parts or compromise security/integrity are prohibited.
9. IP notices
Rights holders may notify alleged infringements by identifying the work/sign, ownership, disputed content and basis of the request.
